all our friends, 
talk about the day we first met,
it was like a fairytale they read,
when our smiles didn't end

i was breathless,
for the first time in life,
holding hands, didn't know 
we'd be intertwined

breaking all the rules,
talking throughout the day
putting it all out
hoping you felt that golden way

and just like that,
we, the dumbest people, fell in love
and just like that,
we, became 'us'

no regrets, for those fights,
learning it all, learning together, 
thinking through the night
about being in your shoes

it's a once in lifetime,
love like this, 
it would be a crime
to be apart from you

already miss you,
it hasn't even been a day
since I saw you,
but fate put you in my way

all i do is think about you,
and can you blame me?
having mental conversations,
the few seconds we're not texting.

all i do is think about you,
because you're mine,
and soon we'll have all the time,
to be cliché

all i do is think about you,
and write all these poems,
trying to tell them how it feels,
to have someone as amazing as you

all i do is think about you,
about how we've been through it all,
how we lasted winter and fall,
how we are together, after it all

still feel those butterflies,
when you look at me in a crowded room,
still can't stop my heart racing,
smiling as we're in a secret 
which nobody else assumes

making up dreams,
waiting for the night I'll say 
I do,
and we'll be forever.

all i do is think about you,
how your goofiness,
is contagious to say the least

all i do is think about you,

how you light up my whole world.
