So, sometime ago, actually, a loooooong time ago, Sneha had texted me about collab. She’s such a wonderful blogger and a lovely person. Don’t miss out on awesomeness, go visit her blog right here. This collab was days in making, we’re finally getting around to doing it today!!!!

Before you tell me off for using too many exclamation marks, hear me out. My exams, FINISHED on wednesday! Now I’m all relaxed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before we go swimming in the pools of possible lyrical parodies, let’s get started with this collab!

Sneha and I decided to ask each other 5 questions each (somewhat related to blogging). I’ll be answering her questions right down, there. *points down*. And she’ll be answering mine on her blog.

Q1-What motivated to start your blog and what was your very first post about ?

Welllllllllllllll, the answer there is B-O-O-K-S. I read ‘Girl Online’ sometime in early 2019. And then my used-to-be friend made a blog and guess what?

*whispers* She pretty much copied Penny’s EXACT post from the book. *shakes head*. That made me kindof irritated. And I was like, ‘If I had a blog, I could make so many new friends, WITHOUT pirated content’. And the rest, as we know it, is browser history. : ).

My first post was basically an introductory post. It was ‘And it all begins…’ I think? My first post here was ‘Hello World!’. It was about ME! (look Ray, I made that reference for you). It was about me, what I am like, what this blog is going to be about and of course, wackiness.

Q2-What type of posts do you like to write and why?

I like writing what I think. Literally. Although I do understand the importance of reviews and discussions in book blogs, I’m a very moody person. If you’ve seen this month, I don’t think I’ve done any bookish post? That’s me- I like to write my exact words without any sugarcoating (although sugar is delicious). For example, I can write a whole post on the savviness of Shawn Mendes, Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez right now. It’s really liberating writing exactly what you’re feeling.

Q3-When did you start blogging? Did u ever feel like quitting, if yes then why ?

I started blogging around November last year I think. Oh yes, I felt like quitting early February this year because life was tough, and I went ahead and actually quit. I wasn’t very happy with quitting, hence my return. Feb was tough folks. Tough. *shakes head*

Q4- What is your most favourite post which you want to get more views and likes ? ( Promote it lol )

wELL.

There is this one post, that I wrote, but it didn’t appear in the reader. I wrote what I thought, at that exact time. It’s well, I dunno. You can go check it out, if you want here- Yes, right here.

Q5- Lastly, what tips would you want to give to new bloggers?

STATS. DON’T. MATTER.

Honestly, when I was a newbie blogger, I was obsessed with stats. : ( . I was so sad that all my views came from one part of the world. It was very tragic indeed. I used to analyse everything. But now, I barely even look at the stats properly. I mean, yeah I see the views-visitors graphs, but I never have time to go into detail.

*shrugs*.

Give it some time, and believe me, stats don’t show your capabilities, not even the number of followers, all that matters are your readers. You may not know yet, but you’re going to make so many new friends! Just enjoy it all!
